Insurance Requirements
Subcontractors shall maintain in effect for the duration of any subcontract agreement with Gecon the following insurance policies:
General Liability:
- Each Occurrence – $2,000,000
- Aggregate – $2,000,000
Auto Liability:
- $1,000,000
- Any Auto OR Scheduled/Hired/Non-Owned must be covered
Worker's Compensation
Worker’s Compensation must be statutory to the state in which work is being performed. Owners and officers must be covered by the WC policy.
Employer’s Liability:
- $500,000 per accident
- $500,000 disease policy limit
- $500,000 disease each employee
Excess or Umbrella Liability:
- $1,000,000 per occurrence
Gecon must be listed as the additionally-insured on General, Auto, and Excess Liability policies on a primary and non-contributory basis. Waiver of Subrogation must apply to ALL policies.
